Easy Clothes proposed 3 modes of delivery:

• Pickup collection point

Pickup collection point

The delivery will take place in a relay point called Pickup.

Busy schedule ? Pickup is the easier solution to receive parcels. By choosing a pickup delivery service, you choose the security of picking up your package when it's convenient for you thanks to the flexible opening hours. All pickups are at least open from Tuesday to Saturday.

You can choose one of the 7500 Pickup convenience stores near your home, work or holiday, from which you want to be delivered.

Once the package prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 2 and 4 working days and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days.

After this time, your package will be returned. Follow at any time the routing of your package on www.laposte.fr/suivi or in the "Order History" tab

You do not need to reenter your contact details such as your name and email address, we will use the ones associated with your account.

You will find your package tracking in the "Order History" tab. You will then be redeployed to the site of laposte.fr giving you all the information concerning this one (Stage of delivery, tracking number, ...)

Post office

You can choose the establishment in which you want to be delivered (without prior passage of your postman at home) among the 10,000 post offices available throughout mainland France.

Once the package prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 2 and 4 working days and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail.

You can then pick it up within 10 working days.

After this time, your package will be returned. Follow at any time the routing of your package on www.laposte.fr/suivi or in the "Order History" tab

You do not need to reenter your contact details such as your name and email address, we will use the ones associated with your account.

Home Delivery with and without your signature 

2 levels of service adapted to all your shipments:

• without signature; they will be delivered directly into the mailbox of your customers,

• with signature 

By choosing home delivery without signature, your package is delivered to you personally or delivered to your mailbox.

If its size does not allow for a mailbox, it will be made available in the post office to which you are attached. You have 10 working days since the arrival of your package in post office to come to withdraw it. After this time, it will be returned to sender. In all cases you are informed by email 24h before delivery of your package.

Choosing home delivery with signature, in case of absence, you will have the choice to redo a delivery to the chosen address within 6 days to come or withdrawal of the parcel at the postal picking point of your choice the next day .

A postal network to the mesh covering 100% of the territory to ensure the pending, if the mailbox can not contain the package and / or in the absence of the recipient.

We will send you another message on the delivery day, with an expected one hour time-slot.

Not at home when the DPD driver comes? You can collect your parcel from a Pickup parcelshop.

If you’re not at home when the DPD driver comes, your parcel will be taken to a Pickup parcelshop in your local area.

That way, you get your parcel as soon as possible, and you decide when you go to pick it up.

 The DPD driver will leave a note in your mailbox giving the address of the Pickup parcelshop and the time from which you can collect your parcel. You will receive an email from DPD when the parcel has arrived in the Pickup parcelshop.

Bring your proof of identity with you when you go to pick up your parcel. You will have seven days to collect it, after which it will be returned to the sender.

Withdrawal at the Easy Clothes’ store

Easy Clothes is a company that has the advantage of both offering an online sales website and having a stockroom/shop.

This allows people who do not want to use the delivery modes put at their disposal to come and get their order directly at the stockroom, but also manage returns and exchanges without any additional costs and discover the collection at the same time.

The shop is located in the center of Liege, at 101 rue de la cathédrale, 4000 Liège, Belgium.
